I'm going to offer you a refreshing approach to leanness and health. It'll be informative, motivating and non-punitive too. An approach that will help you achieve a beautiful, healthy, and toned body. It will also build you a sense of self-love and an open, flexible mindset. And it will do all this in a gentle, long-lasting, and rewarding way. What I'd like from you in return, is a high level of motivation. I'd also ask that you take responsibility for your progress on the journey.




My classes will help you become stronger and more resilient. You’ll also have better tone, shape and energy. Workouts are efficient, giving you better results faster. And my approach to technique reduces risk of injury too. Sessions are educational and personalised to each client. Come join our online community! I’ll help you take control of your eating habits without feeling deprived or starved. You’ll start a lifelong healthy eating journey, while enjoying “bliss” foods too. We’ll also review your health using an in-depth questionnaire. Results, in graph form, show your state of health and areas of weight/health blocks. Personalised advice is given for effective weight loss and health gains.



I’ll help you adapt your habits so you can maintain them for life. Give up the idea of diets, a “perfect” body, and “magic” solutions. Instead, our approach will help you achieve your best body ever for life! Trying to change a habit without changing your subconscious beliefs is tough. It’s like putting new code into old software. To succeed long-term, you’ll need new software.


Our over-arching philosophy is that what you do most of the time counts. However, what you do some of the time doesn’t. Below this “umbrella” view, there are a few useful sub-philosophies that support it.
