Pilates Mat Strength
My signature programme, Pilates Mat Strength, combines the precision and control of Pilates with targeted strength-building exercises. Working on the mat, we build flexibility, improve muscle tone and develop a powerful core that supports everything else you do.
Sessions are entirely bespoke. We work at your level, towards your goals, at a pace that challenges you without overwhelming you.
