I attended one of your workshops recently, as I wanted to find out more about the āno breakfastā method. I started last week Monday with no breakfast in the mornings, eating at about midday/1.00pm. As I eat healthily anyway, I didnāt make any other changes. The first day I felt slightly nauseous at about 10.00am, but nothing serious. Iām not as hungry late afternoon/at night anymore either, because I have a good meal at lunch time. Itās amazing what it has done to my body already, in just over a week. Iām losing weight, especially around the tummy and hips. The best thing is that Iām feeling good! Iām glad Iāve adopted this routine. Thank you for all your advice.
