My sessions are designed to help you rebuild strength, correct posture and move with greater ease and confidence. Each area below reflects a different focus, although many clients naturally work across more than one. You don’t need to decide in advance – I’ll guide you based on your body’s needs.

Rehab and prehab coaching

Support for injury recovery and preparing safely for surgery

Rehab and prehab sessions are calm, structured and focused on helping your body work functionally. If you’re recovering from an injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or preparing for a medical procedure, I work with you to restore strength, stability and safe movement patterns.

Posture correction

These sessions are tailored for adults who want to stay active, steady and confident as they age. We work on balance, mobility, coordination and functional strength so that everyday tasks feel easier and safer.
