Health Coach & Nutrition Specialist

With over three decades of experience in exercise, nutrition, counselling and lifestyle management, I’ve made it my mission to support people through their health journeys. As a certified health coach, movement specialist, and counsellor, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of recovery.

My rehabilitation approach combines evidence-based techniques with personalised care, creating a bridge between medical recommendations and everyday implementation. I work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure your rehabilitation programme complements your medical care.
