An initial assessment provides invaluable information. This allows for the session to be personalised to you. Classes run for 30 minutes. They are designed to ensure that all body parts are worked each week. And most importantly, that technique, safety and efficacy are paramount.

Become a leaner, healthier and more energetic version of you. Use the tools we provide to change your daily eating habits and lifestyle choices. The experience allows you to manage without starving or over-training to achieve your goals. View the state of health of all your bodily systems on a graph. (From gut, liver, thyroid, and adrenals, to hormones, mood, immunity, kidney/bladder and more.) This gives you insight into health issues blocking fat loss or health gains. Boost your efficacy and motivation too. And build further positive elements into your habits and lifestyle.

how?

The assessment session gives you a visual representation of your health. This allows you to see where your key issues lie. Walk away with an initial 4-5 changes. These typically start to impact positively within a week or two. Follow-up sessions allow for deeper insight and discussion of best next-stage changes.

Online classes (3 months): 30 Minutes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Live at 9.30-10.00am plus links to recordings for later viewing.

This programme includes all elements of the Kick-Start Health coaching programme. It offers a total of 30 hours of coaching over 3 months. This includes one-on-one coaching plus online strength classes through the same period.

MENOPAUSE  HEALTH PROGRAMME DETAILS

One-to-one and group coaching (15 hours): scheduled in the working week.

Online classes (4 months): 30 minutes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Live at 9.30-10.00am plus links to recordings for later viewing.

Improve your quality of life through better hormone balance. Enhance mental clarity and mood stability. Also, become physically stronger, and increase energy levels. Regain ideal body shape and weight, strengthen pelvic floor, and improve sleep. Increase resistance to stress and enhance health and longevity. This programme includes all elements of the Whole Body programme. It covers a total of 39 hours of coaching. This is a mix of one-on-one and group coaching sessions over four months. Also included are online mat strength classes over the same period.
