I found Tanya’s presentation on The Happy Body fascinating and insightful, and also a confirmation of the mindset I have had for the last 15 years of the importance of nutrition. Tanya emphasised that each individual has a different makeup and therefore knowledge is key in supporting your unique mind and body. Tanya’s balanced approach to eating compared to a life consistently tormented by yoyo dieting and watching the scale, is the soundest advice that can be offered to people fraught with eating disorders.
